I've been in the seat you're in.
Hello. I'm Freyja
Over the past decade, I've built and run five businesses of my own - each one completely different, each one teaching me something the others couldn't.
I've run a graphic design and print studio, producing packaging, labels, stickers and brand materials for small business owners who needed their products to look the part. I've grown, dried, and blended herbs into a product line from scratch - developing the product, the brand, and the customer relationships all at once. I've managed a brick-and-mortar retail store, hand-selecting and stocking handmade Tasmanian goods, with everything that comes with physical retail - the stock management, the supplier relationships, the days where three things go wrong before lunch. And I've built a handmade, product-based e-commerce business from the ground up, creating every item myself and handling every single part of getting it into customers' hands. I've got a bit of experience under my belt, and that varied background gives me a unique skillset and outlook that I use to ensure your business runs beautifully.
In every one of those businesses, I was the designer, the marketer, the operations manager, the customer service team, the bookkeeper, and the person staying up late trying to figure out why something wasn't working. I didn't have a VA. I didn't have a team. I had a lot of determination and, eventually, a very clear picture of what genuine, capable support could have changed.
That picture is why Divine by Design exists.
THE PERSONAL BIT
I built this business with a specific kind of person in mind - though honestly, you don't need a label to recognise yourself in this.
If you're someone whose brain moves quickly, who has a thousand ideas and the drive to match, but finds that the admin side of running a business takes up a disproportionate amount of your energy - that's exactly who I'm here for.
A lot of my clients are neurodivergent business owners who are brilliant at what they do and simply need someone steady and capable in their corner, handling the parts of the business that they don't vibe with. I get it because I am neurodivergent too,
I understand that world. It's personal for me, and it's why I take this work seriously.
When something lands in my hands, you won't need to follow up on it. You won't need to wonder if it's getting done. It will be handled -carefully, thoroughly and the way you'd do it yourself if you had the time and the bandwidth.
WHAT WORKING WITH ME LOOKS LIKE
It looks like opening your laptop on a Monday and not feeling immediately behind.
It looks like knowing your Shopify store is up to date, your inbox is manageable and your campaigns are going out on time - without you having to touch any of it.
It looks like having someone in your corner who genuinely cares about how your business is doing, not just someone completing tasks on a list.
THE EXPERIENCE
What running five very different businesses gives you is a particular kind of fluency - not just in tools and systems, but in the way businesses actually work from the inside.
I know Shopify because I've managed my own store and I've built stores for others. I know what a product listing needs to convert because I've written them for my own products. I understand packaging and print because I've designed and produced it professionally. I know how to set up and manage a Meta ad campaign because I've spent my own money on them. I understand the admin load of running a business - the emails, the invoices, the scheduling, the documents that need to exist but somehow never get made - because I've carried all of it myself, across multiple businesses, at the same time.
When I work in your business, I'm not learning on the job. I'm bringing a decade of real operational experience to the table - and putting it entirely to work for you.
